The Boulder Abode is the perfect getaway for your large family when vacationing in Cody, Wyoming. This 1600 sq ft duplex is close to downtown, but has a country feel with a nice view. This property has so many amenities to offer as well as plenty of room to play or stretch out and relax.
Fire up the grill and have a cook-out on the deck at sundown while watching deer graze in the field after a long day of shopping and site-seeing.
This newly built home features 3 bedrooms and 2½ baths, a stylish, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with sleek, upgraded appliances, living room with high speed internet access and cable TV, family room with large screen, cable TV and DVD/VHS player and lots of seating for movie viewing.
The main level consists of the Living Room with single, sleeper love seat; half bath; Master Bedroom with queen bed and adjoining full bath; Laundry Area and Kitchen that opens to the back of the property which is fenced with a deck and gas grill.
A wide staircase descends to the lower level into a large, Family Room with queen size sofa sleeper. Adjacent is a second bedroom designed for the children; with futon that opens to a full bed, crib and small play area. Down the hall is a full bath and third bedroom with king bed.

Grizzly Bear Guesthouse
This great retreat for up to 4 adults and 2 children was finished in 2010 and will positively knock yer socks off (and yer boots too!). Expect a cozy stay in a Shophouse with breathtaking surroundings- 360 degree views of Heart Mountain, the Beartooth and the Bighorn Mountains.
The Grizzly Bear Guesthouse
Located off the beaten path, just 15 miles from Cody and 13 miles from Powell, nestled on mystical Heart Mountain, you will have access to Yellowstone Park, all the scenic drives and local attractions. Just down the road is the Heart Mountain Interpretive Learning Center that will open later in August of 2011.
This quaint, comfortable, cozy “cabin” is tastefully decorated in an all western theme. You and your children will equally enjoy this adorable western retreat.
The Grizzly Bear Guesthouse features a Kitchen/Living/Dining room combo; living room with pellet stove & leather furniture you'll want to sink into with a cozy throw and a book, eat-in kitchen equipped with electric stove, microwave and fridge. There is a sleeping area downstairs with a full bed, upstairs on the loft with a queen bed and a full sofa bed. The Bathroom offers a shower but no bathtub.
You can probably witness some Rodeo Action when tiedown roping practice is going on here - don't be surprised if you are asked to help with some chores like feeding the horses or getting hay up – this is an active rural Ranch-Family and there is always something to do here! Let the kids run around and roam, befriend our two children, our animals which include horses, dogs, cats and cattle, take a walk up Heart Mountain or just sit down and enjoy the magic of the open sky.
But don't worry– you will be able to relax, too.

Shiloh Retreat
The Shiloh Retreat is all about the view. The front of the home and master bedroom balcony has an un-obscured view that faces the Buffalo Bill reservoir and literally is just yards away. River access is also very close to the property, within walking distance, making it the perfect accommodation for fishing enthusiasts. Sheep Mountain and the Absaroka mountain range is adjacent to the property affording incredible views and making it a wonderful place to get away and de-stress. Imagine viewing wildlife grazing and the beauty of an early morning sunrise with a cup of coffee or an amazing sunset with a chilled glass of Chardonnay from the bedroom balcony.
This home has so much to offer if you are looking for the perfect place to relax and enjoy the combination of solitude, starry night skies, wildlife, water and abundant mountain vistas.
The two-story home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a sleeping loft, large, eat-in kitchen remodeled in 2010 with all new appliances and utility room with washer/dryer. The living room features large windows reaching all the way to the second story to take in the gorgeous mountain views. The living room also has a wood stove, creating a cozy place to curl up with a book on chilly nights. The home is furnished with lots of antiques artifacts and memorabilia making it an interesting and fun place to vacation.
Everything is provided for your stay in this wonderful home. All you need to bring are your personal belongings and food.
Currently the Shiloh home is in the process of being remodeled and will not be available for bookings until after June 1, 2011.

Trotter Home

The Trotter Home built in 2005 is stylish, upscale and sophisticated. It has three bedrooms, two full baths and will sleep 6-7 adults. It also has a small den that could sleep one additional person or be used as a nursery.
The home is located seven miles from downtown Cody in a country setting with wonderful views. It is a short, scenic drive on maintained, paved roads to the property.
This sensational guest home has an open floor plan with lots of windows to enjoy the views on all sides. This home is so warm and inviting, yet modern and sleek. The furnishings and accessories have designer flair, yet suitable for a family.
This wonderful home features a large living area with stone wall and remote control gas fireplace, separate dining area and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has a large kitchen island that seats four, pantry and lots of custom cabinetry. The kitchen is well stocked and contains all the essentials needed, whether you're eating on the go or having a formal dinner.
There is also a laundry/mud room with washer/dryer off the three-car garage.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and separate master bath with double sinks, shower and large jetted, garden tub.
One of the other two bedrooms contains a queen bed, the other two twin beds. All of the bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
The home is situated on three acres with spectacular mountain views.
