Wyoming Cottage
The "Wyoming Cottage" is a charming, 1300 sq ft, two bedroom, one bath, 1930's era house. Newly remodeled in April, 2008 it has stylish updating and modern convenience, but still maintains it's vintage charm.
The cottage is located in a historic section on a quiet street only four blocks from downtown Cody.
Inside, the cottage offers a spacious living room with hardwood floors, cedar beamed cathedral ceiling and a cozy, freestanding fireplace. The bright, fully appointed kitchen is large with ample counter space, a breakfast bar and lots of cupboards. It has an adjoining dining area with french doors that open to a beamed sun room at the back of the house. The back has a wrap around deck, landscaped, fenced yard with lots of shade trees and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows.
The cottage is decorated in a Wyoming wildlife theme with a few "moose" (of course) and a little bit of cowboy and Buffalo Bill thrown in to remind you that you are in the wild west!
Make yourself at home, kick your boots up and relax Wyoming style. At the end of a long day of seeing all the sights, take a long, bubbly soak in the reglazed, original clawfoot tub and rest peacefully in the cool, Wyoming night under our cozy quilts.
