Bear Tracks Bungalow
The 'Bear Tracks Bungalow' is a three bedroom, two bathroom, vintage 1936 home.
This guest house has been lovingly restored and carefully renovated. Its style and furnishings make it comfortable and appealing for today’s modern families, but original architecture gives it a pleasant, vintage flair. It is cozy, yet spacious enough for a large family.
The kitchen has been updated with all new appliances to provide all the conveniences that a family needs. The home’s two full baths have all new fixtures and ceramic tile. The new lighting throughout the home complements the vintage era. Large, original double hung windows make it bright and airy. The living room is spacious with comfortable, leather seating for seven and a 40" HD flat screen TV and DVD player for movie night.
One bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet. It is very private; secluded from the rest of the house at the end of a hallway and next to the full bath. The second bedroom directly off the living room has a full sized bed and a large closet.
The master suite offers a little luxury as well as privacy. It is located away from the other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house and also has a private entrance. It has a full, adjoining bathroom with washer and dryer. The amenities include a king bed, 32” HD flat screen TV, DVD player, small fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and iPod/iPhone/iPad dock and CD player/radio/alarm clock.
The bungalow has a large front porch and sits on a grassy, landscaped lawn bordered by privacy fencing and supplied with outdoor furniture and a fire pit for marshmallow roasting in the evening.
Just so you know, you should expect a few deer to meander in for a visit around sundown and a bear or two has been known to scamper through town at times :)

Cubby Cabin
Our little 'Cubby Cabin' is a darling retreat that is the perfect guest retreat for a couple’s romantic weekend or a weekly vacation getaway, or however long it takes you to unwind.
The 'Cubby' is designed to accommodate a couple, but we do have an inflatable mattress available to sleep a couple more.
The interior is decorated in log and chinked for authenticity. This remodeled rental has new, modern conveniences that everyone wants, but retains most of its unique, early 1900’s charm.
The living room is comfortable for two people and a few more. There is a 32” HD flat screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player for movie watching. A small game table is set up and ready for a friendly game of chess or checkers. For your listening pleasure, an iPod speaker/recharging dock is provided.
The eat-in kitchen has hickory cabinetry, full sized appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials that you will need to make a ‘home cooked’ meal.
The bedroom is decorated country/western style with a queen bed and has a large closet. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Through the back door is a patio where you can relax in the evening with a cold beverage while turning your steaks on the provided charcoal grill.
The ‘Cubby Cabin’ rental sits on a grassy lot with a privacy fence. There is a back lawn with a fire pit and seating provided as a common area to be shared with the adjacent rental.
FWI – you’ll almost certainly see a few deer grazing on the property and there has been a bear spotted in this area of town on a few occasions :)

Deer Haven Cottage
The two bedroom, one bath, ‘Deer Haven Cottage’ is a darling, ranch style cottage built in the early 1940’s. It has been completely renovated top to bottom and ‘modernized’ for today’s lifestyle. It is perfect for a small family or individuals traveling together.
The cottage is tastefully decorated with ‘urban’ sophistication, mixed with a little country and western. It has a spacious, fully equipped, dine-in kitchen complete with all new appliances. The full bathroom has all new fixtures and there is new lighting and flooring throughout the cottage. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has one double bed. The living room is a great place to relax in front of the 32” HD flat screen TV and watch movies after a long day of sight-seeing. Between the living room and kitchen is a beverage bar that you can ‘belly up’ to, complete with 2 bar stools and all the drink accessories.
Outside is a nicely landscaped, fenced yard for you and the kids to unwind and grill up some steaks for dinner and just as the name implies, you can definitely expect a few deer to meander in for a visit :)

Moose Alley Studio Apartment
The ‘Moose Studio’ is a charming, studio apartment located in a safe, quiet residential area only four blocks from downtown Cody, Wyoming and 53 miles from the East entrance to Yellowstone National Park.
This vacation rental is meticulously clean, tastefully furnished and decorated in a moose theme!
The Studio is spacious and features a gas fireplace to keep you cozy on those chilly, winter nights. The fully equipped, dine-in kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking and dining essentials. The kitchen and bathroom has beautiful, custom ceramic tile. We provide all the necessities for your stay; linens, towels, blankets, pillows, etc.
Relax and put your feet up after a long day of sightseeing in the comfortable living area with cable TV and DVD player. The Studio also provides a selection of DVD's, books, magazines and games for you to enjoy. There is also an iPod/iPhone/iPad docking station with stereo speakers for your listening pleasure. The Moose Studio also offers a private entrance with off-street parking.
