The two bedroom, one bathroom, ‘Deer Haven Cottage’ is a darling, ranch style house built in the early 1940’s. It has been completely renovated top to bottom and ‘modernized’ for today’s lifestyle, in 2013. It is perfect for a small family, individuals traveling together or a business traveler who desires more space and the conveniences of 'home'. The cottage is tastefully decorated with ‘urban’ sophistication, mixed with a little country/western and a few antiques. It has a spacious, fully equipped, dine-in kitchen complete with all new appliances. The full bathroom is completely updated with all new fixtures. All new windows, lighting, and flooring throughout the cottage completes the fresh, new interior. The cottage also has a washer and dryer.
After an exciting day of adventure seeking and recreation, the living room is a great place to relax in front of the 32” HD flat screen TV. There is also a DVD player for watching your favorite movies. Wi-Fi is provided to keep up with your email or business. The sofa is a sleeper and can accommodate two more guests. Between the living room and kitchen is a beverage bar that you can ‘belly up’ to, complete with 2 bar stools.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps on each side, a dresser, and a closet. It has large windows, making it bright and airy, but shades and drapes to darken it if you want to sleep in. The second bedroom has a double bed, a dresser with a mirror, and a large recessed area for storage and hanging clothes. Both bedrooms have alarm clocks with USB ports for electronic devices.
Outside is a nicely landscaped, fenced yard with lawn furniture, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a charcoal grill and a picnic table. It’s a great space for you and the kids to unwind at the end of an adventure packed day and enjoy some freshly caught trout or sizzling local beef steaks hot off the grill. Just as the name implies, you can definitely expect a few deer to meander in for a visit at sundown.

This is a Non-Smoking property, there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises.
No pets allowed.
Signed lease agreement required.
Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age.
Occupancy limited to 6 persons.

4% Sales tax + 4% Lodging tax. (5% sales tax beginning April 1, 2017).

Prior to 60 days of arrival will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the booking; 60 days or less, no refund.
Vacation packages available- cost plus 35%.
Grocery shopping service- cost plus 35% (minimum $50 charge).
Fresh flowers & candy basket delivery- cost plus 35%.
Housekeeping services $30 per hour.
